Vendor needs to provide analysis of the city police station, public safety answering point and the county sheriff’s department building to the government authority located in Fremont, NE.
- Review and revise the Program document for Police, PSAP and Sheriff, dated May 21st 2020.
- Document existing conditions and square footages of existing Sheriff and Police/PSAP facilities and their respective sites from actual measurements and/or available plans.
- Renovate current Police Station/PSAP and site to support all programmed Law Enforcement Center Needs (Police, PSAP, and Sheriff) in addition to the capacity to support the future jail.
- Renovate current Sheriff’s Department and site to support all Law Enforcement Center Needs (Police, PSAP, and Sheriff) in addition to the capacity to support the future jail.
