Government Authority located in Omaha, Nebraska; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for information technology upgrades.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology upgrades for the evaluation of outreach programs to the government authority located in Omaha, NE.
- The existing audio/video conferencing system will be replaced or supplemented with a new audio/video conferencing system,
- Vendor understands of the project and ability to provide a design which maximizes audio system,
- l install USB and HDMI TX/RX sets to get the user cables (HDMI w/ Adaptor Ring and USB cables) to the middle of the table,
- The wall with the TV/Cart has existing AC outlet that will be used to power on the cart solution and,
- The Vendor will extend power to the devices under the table as well thru the metal raceway,
- The Vendor will set all TV settings to disable power/sleep management, set volume to 80% so volume is set thru the sound bar and enable on/off timers as applicable for 7am-7pm.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 16, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
