Government Authority located in Nebraska; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for public and private partnership for broadband network development.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide to plan, deploy, operate, and maintain broadband infrastructure across the service area footprints to the government authority located in Nebraska.
1. Identify all potential private sector partners in the areas described who are interested and willing to pursue Public/Private partnerships with public power utilities, and/or political subdivisions in the area for the purpose of delivering broadband and other e-Connectivity services to homes and businesses in the footprint.
2. Identify the technology solutions and other capabilities associated with each potential partner.
3. Identify the infrastructure and other assets, both current and planned within the study areas that each potential partner could leverage to reduce the overall CAPEX of the network deployment.
4. Identify and understand other alternatives and considerations which may have been overlooked.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
