[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide SAP HCM and success factors application support
- Consultants to provide on-site and off-site technical and functional support for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors,
- Modules implemented in 1999 include the following:
- FI, CO, MM, PS, PM, AM, CATS, WF - Financial Accounting, Controlling, Material Management, Project Systems, Plant Maintenance, Asset Management, Cross Applications Time Sheets, Work Flows
- Technical Infrastructure (Basis, ABAP Development),
- to provide on-site and off-site technical and functional support upon request for our SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) - Human Resources and Payroll system and SuccessFactors
- The areas of support within HCM include Payroll, Benefits, Time, Timesheets, and related custom programs (including reports and interfaces). Additionally, support for SuccessFactors including Learning Management, Recruiting, Performance and Goals, Onboarding and Offboarding, and Electronic Employee Files, BizX, and HCM and SuccessFactors integration,
- Annual Support: Typical annual support needs include:  end-of-year processing; federal regulatory changes; state and federal tax changes; and support pack implementation, SuccessFactors provisioning updates and integration,
- Typical support needs include implementation of new functionality; implementation of new business process initiatives; production support; and assistance with resolving daily processing issues as they arise. Services may also include support and assistance with future implementation projects of SAP HCM and Success Factors components
- Consultants should demonstrate advanced HCM technical knowledge (development and configuration) to include but not limited to Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Benefits, Payroll, Time, and Portal (ESS/MSS), SuccessFactors.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 3, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
