Vendor needs to provide youth challenge food service to the government authority located in Carson, NV.
- Youth Challenge is a voluntary, 17 month (five-month residential) coed program designed to assist 16-18-year-old high school dropouts and at-risk students to graduate high school on time. It includes educational and life skill components. There are two 22-week programs each year (302 days). Additionally, officials anticipate a staff of approximately fifty (50), including an operations staff of twenty-two (22) team leaders, four (4) shift supervisors, one (1) commandant, and one (1) deputy commandant.
