[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide digital record scanning and microfilming services of newspapers on 35mm 2nd generation microfilm and create TIFF images and convert to searchable text using optical character recognition.
(2) Approximate work volume will be 250,000 pages for paper to digital scanning.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
