[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide statewide web-based permit and licensing system that provides for automated permitting/licensing issuance, event registration, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), wildlife harvest reporting, Point of Sale (POS), and revenue management system that must support all existing business processes; system must provide flexibility for product/commodity expansion and specific business rule application by product/customer/location or other variables.
- State Permit / Licensing System must: be easy to understand and use; provide detailed unit maps that are available online and printed with each relevant permit; maintain and track preference and bonus points; issue stamps; provide merchandise, inventory, and POS module; provide a mobile app solution compatible with both Android and IOS platforms; provide a mobile application specific to internal law enforcement; provide real time data and permit issuance; be compatible with the agency’s website; have automatic revenue entry that is importable to the State of Nebraska’s Financial System; have an integrated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Module; be able to SQL (query) and export data regardless of how data is stored; manage permit inventory; apply and collect state and local taxes on applicable merchandise/services; conduct and manage Draw and Lottery permits; provide reporting capabilities, both built-in and ad-hoc, including advanced data reporting/analysis.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
