[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide continuous facilities condition assessment solution.
- Strategically assess the condition of all campus physical assets focusing on comprehensive repair and modernization needs.
- Classify, prioritize, and align the entire facilities backlog, and associated present and future cost forecast for repair and renewal, with University system and individual campus’, strategic objectives, technical and program needs.
- Identify strategic, prioritized action items to address capital renewal needs. This could include, but be not limited to, repair and renewal, comprehensive renovation, modernization, and at times, decommissioning of underutilized space and or buildings.
- Provide continuous measurement of building condition and capital deferred maintenance backlog.
- Provide segmented information at a campus level and consolidated information at a system level.
- Benchmark all data with identified peer institutions, at each campus level, to allow for enhanced informed decisions.
- Bidder must develop a product list resulting from inventorying and documenting facilities deficiencies, repair, and modernization needs.
- Inventory all building components with cyclical renewal needs.
- Bidder’s service must develop an actionable capital investment plan that optimizes capital dollars
- Bidder must provide access to a web-based information management tool to visualize and manage data collected during initial and annual asset condition assessments.
- Bidder must compile, summarize, and report benchmark of all data with identified peer institutions, at each campus level similar institutions.
- This Bid is limited to those Bidders that can provide a web-based information management solution.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 4, 2021.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
