Government Authority located in Nebraska; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for advertising and sponsorships services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide advertising and sponsorships services for Nebraskaland magazine, special publications and other media.
1. Advertising Sales:
- Contractor will sell advertising on a per advertisement, size and position basis for NEBRASKAland magazine, Guidebooks, e-newsletter, Nebraskaland magazine website, multi-media projects and other products as needed.
2. Creative design:
- Camera ready artwork will be provided before deadline, as published, in the correct camera-ready format to include but not limited to high resolution, full color, jpeg, tiff, eps, pdf, etc. to agency.
3. Advertising Placement and Insertion Order Tracking
- Agency will get a copy of all signed insertion orders. Contractor will email agency on a monthly basis the number of advertisements, name of advertisers and sizes.
4. Invoicing:
- Agency will invoice advertisers for any advertising that will run after each publication.
5. Accounting:
- Contractor will maintain accurate reports of all advertising insertion orders, advertising payment statuses, and run dates. Contractor shall obtain proof of run and documentation needed as requested from the advertiser from agency.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 12, 2021.
(3) Contract term will be three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
