Vendor needs to provide diversity and inclusion study services to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE.
- Contractor shall format and administer a web survey; survey shall be accessible on a computer or a hand held device; Survey questions will allow for identified members to provide comments on the questions; send one initial email invitation and three reminder emails to the minority members listed inviting them to take part in the survey; assist with troubleshooting respondent inquiries and problems associated with the survey.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
