[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide outpatient competency restoration services to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE.
- Provide, or arrange for, direct OCR services, which for the purposes of this contract are limited to medication management, care management, and competency counseling sessions. There must be one locus of accountability for service provision; subcontracts or letters of agreement must be preapproved by agency. - Physical health concerns and issues
- Medication and medication management
- Level of family support
- Level of community and other natural supports
- Co-occurring psychiatric and substance use concerns or issues
- Housing concerns or issues
- Transportation
- Goals, measureable objectives, staff accountable and frequency and route of service delivery for service provision
- Crisis plan to be implemented in instances of dangerous behaviors
- Provide direct face-to-face competency counseling services and monitoring with a minimum of 2-3 sessions per week for therapy and a minimum 3-7 days per week for care management services to ensure engagement and participation, progress in treatment, adherence to treatment, and to assess that the individual’s living environment is safe and basic needs, such as food, clothing and hygiene, are being met.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 10, 2021.
