- To allocate as much budget as possible towards working media, not administrative fees, media insertion markups or agency commissions
- Assure the accurate and effective communication regarding media purchases by working directly with the media insertion technology company wherever possible

• Customer relationship management (CRM) email communications
• Broadcast television advertising within the city DMA
• Radio advertising within the city DMA
• Hispanic radio for city DMA
• native sponsored content advertising with the city world herald
• High school newspapers and digital advertising
- Media buying, placement, and measurement for targeting and retargeting display, video and streaming audio/video.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
