Vendor needs to provide customer relations management software platform to support the fundraising efforts of its development team.
- Software include: System to track robust constituent profiles, including contact information, activity, engagement, and donation history; Ability to manage donations through online forms; Easy, automated and on demand reporting system; Digital communication, marketing, and task management features; System to track sponsorship opportunities and grant applications; Easy to use, intuitive UX with the ability to customize as needed; A system that will easily integrate with additional software products to manage such things as email communications, online donations, event registrations and surveys.
- Software solution will include: a training and onboarding process designed to educate our staff and personalize the software based on the needs of the riverfront staff, including ongoing education and training opportunities; ongoing software upgrades and maintenance; the ability to offer cloud-based solution that meets industry standards in security and compliance; a superior customer service plan which includes contact by phone, email, chat, and additional online resources.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
