Government Authority located in Nebraska; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for infectious, medical and pharmaceutical waste disposal services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide a qualified contractor to provide monthly disposal services for infectious, medical and pharmaceutical waste to the government authority located in Nebraska.
- Contractor must currently, and throughout contract term, be properly licensed under all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws.
- Contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations regarding the collection, transportation, treatment and disposal of all waste that is collected from all DHHS facilities.
- Contractor will provide copies of current permits, licenses and letters of approvals upon request within two State business days.
- The Contractor must provide DHHS with beginning-to-end documentation of handling and disposition of Infectious, Medical and Pharmaceutical Waste from point of pickup to disposal, if requested.
- The Contractor must supply at no additional charge, all labels, red bag liners, storage containers, and packing material required for Infectious Medical Waste collection, removal, and disposal.
- Contractor will not charge an assessment, mileage or trip charge fee if Contractor arrives at the facility(s) and there is no container to be picked-up.
- Contractor staff will adhere to any applicable DHHS policies and procedures while picking up the containers at the facility.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
