[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide adoptive and guardianship families of children who were wards of the Department of Health and Human Services,
- The target population to be served by this program is any family in which:
- A child who was in the custody of prior to the finalization of the adoption, and there is a valid adoption assistance agreement between the adoptive parent,
- A child who was in the custody of prior to finalization of the guardianship, and there is a valid guardianship assistance agreement between the guardian,
- Any child who was adopted or entered into a guardianship and is currently living, including an adoption or guardianship finalized in another state, or international adoptions,
- A child who lives and whose adoption or guardianship arrangement is at risk of disruption or dissolution that would result in a foster care placement,
- Provide post-adoption and post-guardianship support and services to families who meet one of the following criteria,
- Intervention services will include but not be limited to advocacy, in-home crisis management, mental health referrals, respite care, training and education, support groups for parents and children and mentoring,
- Develop and implement a marketing campaign to include promotion, awareness and knowledge of post adoptive services and post-guardianship services to Courts, County Attorneys, Public School System, Foster Care Agencies, Adoptive families, Guardianship families, Community resources such as mental health practitioners, medical professionals, educational personnel,
- Complete face-to-face contact with adoptive and guardianship families prior to finalizing adoption or guardianship to promote available services to adoptive families and guardians, etc. to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2021.

Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
