[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide patient administrative medical records technician services to support Medical Readiness programs and processes to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE.
- Duties include, but are not limited to scanning and filing; retiring medical records; and releasing PHI; validating HER
- Scan and/or file the medical/dental documents; electronic and hard copy
- Filing in the Electronic Health Record includes uploading the appropriate health record, in the correction location, in the correct order, and indexing any documents
- ensure each document matches the patient’s identification, remove, and refile and document not matching the patient.
(2) This bid is set aside for Total Small Business.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
