[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide investment advisory services to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE.
- Advise and monitor plan assets in adherence to the investment policy as adopted by the investment board
- Provide meeting documents in electronic format one week in advance of any meeting date and in print format on or before the meeting’s occurrence
- Asset allocation actual vs policy targets
- Cashflow Summary
- Return and risk data for the total plan, asset class groupings and individual managers compared to relevant benchmarks and other comparable plans
- Outstanding commitments
- Investment manager fees on an individual manager and asset weighted total plan basis
- Annually, review the investment policy and recommend changes if necessary
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 18, 2021.
