[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide consulting services for visioning and program growth of its Click2Science, on-line professional development program to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE.
a. Designing & Facilitating Meetings - Planning, leading, and following up on a variety of gatherings and events that involve staff, stakeholders, and other participants.
b. Strategic Planning - Analyzing the broader policy and programmatic landscape in which the organization operates and developing new strategies and initiatives to take advantage of opportunities and mitigate risks.
c. Advisory Services - Work to develop strategies for deploying resources in the most strategic ways and learning from other organizations as to how they are addressing challenges and capitalizing on opportunities.
d. Leadership & Staff Development - Sharing resources and perspectives that help ensure that the organization remains on the cutting edge of innovation in the field and continues to build its capacity.
e. Funding & Investor Relations - Reviewing proposals and exploring ideas for new sources of revenue, joining senior leadership for calls with funders, and strategizing about how to build a more diversified, sustainable funding portfolio for the organization.
(2) Contract period will be for two years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
