[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide solid waste collection, transportation, and disposal along with commingled and paper recycling generated at designated county facilities to the government authority located in Papillion, NE.
- The collection, transportation and disposal of solid waste and all recyclables must be in accordance with all local, state and federal laws.
- The Vendor shall provide appropriate outdoor containers for the collection of solid waste materials and commingled recyclables. Such containers shall be sufficient to withstand environmental factors and should be replaced upon the County’s request or damage. Vendor to describe containers within the submitted proposal.
- The Vendor will collect the waste and recyclables on a regularly scheduled basis. Locations and details of the current pick-up schedule. This schedule may be modified on an as needed basis as agreed upon, in writing, by the County and Vendor.
- Vendor is to furnish the necessary vehicles for the collection of solid waste and recyclables in non-leachable vehicles provided with tops or coverings to guard against spillage and shall conceal said contents from view.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2021
(3) The contract period will be for three years.

- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
