[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide senior level project management services including administering of federal and/or state grant funds, property acquisition, stakeholder agreements, budget tracking and forecasting to the government authority located in Shoreline, NE.
- Provide estimates and financial forecasting for the NE 145th Projects, including high level cash flow. Monitor and track projects expenditures, revenues and requirements. Develop and meet projects schedules.
- Manage and administer complex state and federal grants to ensure compliance with regulations or requirements of the applicable grant, oversee preparation or prepare reimbursement requests, support development of grant applications, and assist with post-completion audits.
- Manage and oversee consultant contracts, including development of project plans, specifications, schedules, and estimates; ensuring the consultant meets the requirements of their contract including review of invoices; developing and reviewing contract scope and fees
- Manage, track, and communicate projects risks that could jeopardize projects schedules and budgets.
- Prepare, coordinate, and deliver presentations and briefings to a variety of stakeholders, including the public.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 1, 2021.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
