[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide graphical work design tool to assist with the integration and process design.
- Solution must be suitable to visually design electric utility projects primarily for the electrical distribution system
- solution should be to allow a designer to graphically insert distribution system asset assemblies defined by LES’ specifications and represented in the SAP Compatible Units module into the design
- allow for the creation of small as well as large complex projects
- ability to automatically create a bill of material based on the design
- ability to create cost estimates using data from SAP Compatible Units with or without a work order.
- ability to manually edit materials and quantities within the compatible unit during creation of the design
- ability to adjust labor requirements based on project complexity
- ability to output reports, i.e., material quantity list, material by position, cost breakdown
- ability to create construction drawings from designs
- Solution should integrate with ESRI’s Utility Network and Geometric Network
- ability to perform electrical and structural analysis and calculations such as guying and pole loading, cable pulling, transformer utilization/loading, and voltage drops
- Solution must integrate (or be able to be integrated) with SAP Compatible Unit Management, SAP Plant Maintenance and SAP Document Management Systems
- Planning and execution of system testing will be supported by the vendor, including unit testing as well as integration and user acceptance testing
- End user training and knowledge transfer on the tool and its use and maintenance will be provided by the vendor, as determined during project detailed planning.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
