[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide development and implementation a cloud-based solution for the early childhood integrated data system.
- Individual agency data systems typically have the ability to track services for individual children, have some capacity to track training and credentials by providers, and are able to connect children to individual program sites; implement a solution with common components that work well together and avoid extensive manual integration and intervention.
- Solution shall utilize a hybrid model where identity data linkages are maintained but the source data elements do not persist past the immediate use; solution shall target a .net core/angular technology stack with SQL storage running entirely in the Microsoft azure cloud environment; solution shall expose both data and functionality through a secure API; solution shall minimize impact on existing, internal and external legacy systems; solution shall be able to integrate various large, state level administrative databases but also integrate smaller, local level data sources; solution shall only link to databases according to the established data sharing agreements and project charter.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 22, 2021.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
