[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide EAM support partner to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE.
- Consultants to provide on-site and off-site technical and functional support for Enterprise Asset Management,
- All support will be initiated by formal request, In the event of a critical production issue, may initiate the request via a phone call, which will be followed up with a formal written request. The areas of support within Enterprise Asset Management include Project Systems, Asset Lifecycle Accounting, Plant Maintenance, Materials Management, Work Manager, integration with GIS, integration with Sales & Distribution as well as Financial Accounting & Controlling, workflow, and related custom programs (including reports and interfaces).
- Support upon Request: Typical routine support needs include assistance with resolving daily processing issues as they arise (production support); implementation of new functionality; implementation of new business process initiatives; and installation of enhancement packs
- Evaluate, recommend and assist with changes to the current Transmission and Distribution work management process for work orders starting with initial design through construction and completion of the work order. Assist with the replacement of PS networks with PM orders, the replacement of the existing ECU solution with SAP Compatible Units and the implementation of a new graphical design tool integrated with SAP PM
- Reconfigure PM and MM to enable the use of standard reporting and allow use of increased SAP integration between modules
- Optimize Transmission & Distribution design and construction project processes from initial project conception through design, construction, and project closeout.
- Standardize the use of SAP solutions.
- Implement a graphical design tool, integrated with the GIS, CAD as well as SAP systems for design and estimating of Distribution construction projects
- Implement necessary enhancements to SAP Work Manager to allow the processing of new order types for construction projects.
- Assess and address current gaps between the creation and management of physical assets and the fixed asset accounting process and SAP system usage.
- Implement SAP Sales and Distribution integrated with construction orders to streamline process of invoicing customers.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 16, 2021.
