[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide enhanced services for children and youth with special health care to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE.
1. Contractor is responsible for all videoconferencing platforms, and all planning related to outreach,
research, and networking associated with involved stakeholders, families, school partners, medical
partners, legal partners, and other community partners.
2. The Contractor will complete an environmental scan to identify existing resources, services, and systems
that serve families of children with special health care needs at the community and state level.
a. Will research other initiatives or collaborative focused on similar or related topics;
b. Will engage in conversations with relevant community leaders; 3. By inviting and engaging stakeholders, the Contractor will develop and lead a collaborative that is
committed to the overall intent to enhance the knowledge of families as well as identify and provide a continuum of supports.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
