[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide media placement system to develop an innovative, strategic media plan; coordinate, place and optimize media; and provide media reporting for a one-time, two-year state-wide campaign.
1. Promote an aligned understanding of quality in agency across audiences
2. Increase the understanding and appreciation of the role of the workforce in providing quality agency.
3. Expand recognition of the economic importance of quality care and providers in state with influencer and workforce audiences
4. Build public will for access to quality agency across all three target audiences
5. Increase communications capacity among campaign partners and collaborators to sustain and continue community engagement efforts made in public campaigns.
- The goal will be provide parents and families with information that 1) empowers them to make the best decision for their children and 2) encourages their support for the quality services that they (and other families) need and want.
- MESSAGING: -
- Reinforcing to parents and families that quality resides in the provider and the workforce, and that the workforce needs more help for it to grow and to be available to every child and family in the state.
- Linking equitable access to quality with the effective development of young children and the economic viability of families and the state.
- MEDIA PLACEMENT GOAL:
The media placement goal is to use targeted communications channels to successfully reach the three target audiences and accomplish the goals and strategies of the campaign plan. The Service Provider will be required to provide recommendations for target communities, in consultation with key Nebraska partners and in alignment with campaign goals.
- The reports should contain, at a minimum, an overview of the media campaign and objectives, detailing overall media performance, metrics, and impact, a campaign recap and analysis with overall insights, and any recommendations or suggestions.
- AGENCY DELIVERABLES/SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED: -
1. Media strategy and presentation of strategy, including recommendations for target communities
2. Media planning, purchase, placement, and management
3. Invoice reconciliation
4. Digital optimization/reporting
5. Trafficking
6. Monthly campaign reports, including 1) key conversions and metrics detail, 2) a metrics recap, and 3) any insights or recommendations for the following month on optimizing media placement or content
7. Mid-campaign and final campaign summary reports containing an overview of the media campaign and objectives and detailing overall media performance/metrics, a campaign recap and analysis with overall insights, and any recommendations or successions.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
