[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic planning services
- to provide sustainable government services for a healthy, safe, and diverse community. The Owner desires to develop a long-term strategic action plan to accomplish its mission
- seeking an experienced strategic planner or firm to assist in the research, development, and implementation of a strategic plan for County. The goal of developing and implementing a strategic plan is to guide Owner in its mission to provide sustainable governmental services for a healthy, safe, and diverse community
- This final plan will include participation and input from elected officials, department heads, designated employees, and the community and clearly identify objectives, priorities, action steps, benchmarks, and completion dates
- Meet on-site with the County Board and any groups identified below as necessary throughout project,
- Create and conduct focus groups if necessary;
- Prepare a written SWOT or similar analysis
- Perform a comprehensive review
- Develop a written strategic plan
- Communication and Availability:
- During development and up through acceptance of the final plan, the Contractor shall be available via email, phone and zoom during development of the initial and final drafts and shall provide written updates to the Lancaster County Deputy Chief Administrative Officer each month
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 4, 2022.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
