[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide design, equipment, installation and training for outdoor wireless sound system to the government authority located in Fremont, NE.
• Supplying a turn-key sound station capable of playing recorded messages, streaming audio, or live music via wireless speakers throughout a portion of the downtown area
• Supplying a roof-mounted antenna(s) (non-penetrating)
• Supply wireless pole mounted speakers (for decorative and wood poles)
• Design, supply all equipment and hardware, and install the sound system
• Training to operate system
- Including:
1. Coordinate, arrange, and conduct meetings with representatives of MainStreet and Business Improvement District
2. Development of design plans and specifications.
3. Supply applicable equipment, hardware, and software
4. Installation of all equipment, hardware, and software
5. Provide training to operate the system
6. Vendor and supplier shall comply with and shall require contractors and subcontractors to comply with all Local, State, and Federal regulations.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
