Government authority located in Omaha, Nebraska; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for leadership development program services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide leadership development program services to the government authority located in Omaha, NE.
- Individual leadership, with an emphasis on self-assessment, leadership knowledge and tools, mentoring relationship, and the development of an individual leadership development plan to expand self-awareness to personal growth, confidence, and accountability.
- To acquire interpersonal, facilitative decision-making skill to manage people, work teams and projects.
- Leading teams, with an emphasis on interpersonal, facilitative, and decision-making skills to manage interdisciplinary, inter-organizational, and interjurisdictional work teams.
- To develop skill to promote the mission of the district through knowledge of core business practice, superior communication and public speaking ability, and continuous learning and innovation to ensure customer success.
- The Contractor will be responsible for providing agendas, textbooks, and course materials for the classroom sessions. The contactor will provide a monthly status report on assignment completion by cohort.
- The Contractor shall assign outside class assignments to be completed by the cohort members. To the extent possible, the Contractor shall also gear outside class assignments toward furthering the cohort’s Speechcraft training – i.e., by incorporating public speaking requirements.
- Contractor is responsible for providing two one-on-one coaching session with each student.
- The purpose of the survey is to capture the overall effectiveness of the academic year’s learnings from the student’s perspective and to gather any recommendations that students may have to improve the program. the survey must cover each facet for which the contractor is responsible: offsite, classroom sessions, mentorship training, etc.
- To encourage continual development and goalsetting in leadership training and become receptive to feedback, while learning how to provide feedback to others. Completed by integrating feedback from 360 diagnostic assessment into measurable behavioral change, learning the importance of written goals and how to track progress in self-development, and using monthly mentoring sessions to discuss your leadership program to receive leadership perspectives on change and growth.
