[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering services necessary for broadband installation to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE.
- Prepare and provide the owner with a feasibility study of the project; to include engineer’s probable opinion of conceptual cost, recommendation on project phasing, recommendation on best route for conduit, recommendation on number of conduits to be placed along each route, and recommendation of conduit placement for future traffic signal needs of county.
- Solicit and evaluate lessee proposals to participate in the conduit system and prepare and submit recommendations to owner on appropriate lessee mix to meet project goals, which will be
defined through the feasibility study.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 1, 2022.
