Government Authority located in Omaha, Nebraska; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for meeting room digital signage services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide meeting room digital signage services to design and install 20 digital signs for the meetings rooms to the government authority located in Omaha, NE.
1. Will remove existing signage.
2. The successful Bidder must receive product from the manufacturer at its facility.
3. Responsible for keeping Work areas in a safe and orderly manner.
4. Responsible for cleaning Work area upon completion each day.
5. Must remove all materials and debris from the premises.
6. Must protect all adjacent areas not receiving Work under the project and repair any damage to these areas at their own expense.
7. Must provide sufficient safety and pedestrian barriers while Work is in progress.
8. Shall adhere to all codes, ordinances, or other regulatory requirements covering the scope of this project.
9. Shall obtain all necessary permits and licenses for the Work.
10. Provide service agreement and warranty of monitors and control system.
11. Advise if software licenses are needed annually and if any software or firmware upgrades will be required during the next five years and at what cost.
12. Provide training at a time mutually agreed upon at the completion of work.
(2) A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on August 9,2022.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 12, 2022.
