[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide professional services for planning, environmental, and preliminary engineering to the government authority located in Nebraska.
- The consultant selected shall provide normal and customary professional services for each phase: Planning, Environmental, and Preliminary Engineering. The consultant or its subconsultants shall be certified for the Standard Work Categories which may include the following,
- Transportation Planning,
- NEPA Studies,
- Roadway Design,
- Traffic Operation Studies & Design,
- Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS),
- Right-of-Way Design (Land Ownership Research),
- Right of Way Design (ROW plans),
- Right of Way Design (Legal Descriptions/Plats),
- Engineering Survey,
- Pavement Design,
- Hydraulic and Hydrologic Studies,
- Geological Studies,
- Value Engineering,
- Public Involvement.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 10, 2022.
