[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide health savings account, flexible spending account and COBRA plans services
- To administer the city’s health savings account, flexible spending account and COBRA plans
- Require monthly claim reports along with quarterly utilization and claim reports.
- Provide courteous and prompt responses to telephone or written inquiries from all plan participants, and city Human Resources staff. Establish and maintain adequate telephone lines and dedicated claims and customer service team responsible for receiving and responding to inquiries and problems from plan participants and city staff.
- Process all appropriate claims in a timely manner as determined by the provision of the plan documents, collective bargaining agreements and plan administrative policies/guidelines. Design, implement and maintain such systems and procedures, consistent with industry standards, utilizing software for the application of GMIS, correct coding initiative and general claims edits, for the appropriate adjudication and payment of all claims for payment submitted under the city’s dental plans
- Send qualifying event COBRA notices.
- Establish billing, collection and payment of insurance premiums for enrolled participants.
- Submit the monthly invoice to the CITY timely and accurately.
- Send introductory letter to existing covered participants notifying them of the TPA vendor change.
- Work with the CITY and current TPA to ensure seamless transition.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2022.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
