- To develop a rate setting methodology to determine actual costs of providing worksite skills training services
- To providing worksite skills training services to VR potentially eligible and eligible students; identify standard qualifications for worksite skills trainers; and develop a training manual
- Comprehensive review of worksite skills training activities currently provided, a review of industry standards, collection of current provider costs and analysis, rate recommendations for services, projected fiscal impact to the agency, and development of training materials to be used in training providers
