(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate licensing examination development and administration services to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE.
- To provide separate computerized national examinations for salespersons.
- Provide separate computerized national examinations for brokers which will measure information gathering and decision-making skills along with necessary knowledge.
- Provide a documentation on back-up capabilities and continuity of service plans if technical difficulties occur.
- Provide the Commission with phone number and email address contact information for a personal contact for unresolved issues who shall be available during regular business hours.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 14, 2023.
(3) The contract term will be two years.
