- Coordinate a process allowing for each of the three participating States to pay their portion of the conference costs after registration fees are applied and deducted.
- Plan and implement a pre-conference complaint investigation training.

- Four mediation conference calls each year.

- Provide networking and support to elevate the quality of services being provided by sign language interpreters in K-12 settings.
