(1) Vendor needs to provide media advertising campaign for developing and implementing an advertising campaign that will increase lead poisoning awareness, blood-lead screening, and increase awareness of lead poisoning prevention services.
- Develop and implement a media campaign targeted at the city population at highest risk of exposure to lead hazards (lead paint, lead dust, and imported spices) which describes how lead poisoning causes illness, the purpose of blood lead screening among children 1-84 months old, and where to get blood lead screening services.
- Develop and implement a media campaign targeted at city populations at high and highest risk of exposure to lead hazards describing lead exposure reduction recommendations and services provided by agency.
- Develop and implement a media campaign targeted at residents living in the city lead superfund site that have had the soil at their property remediated for lead by the city to increase participation in agency's Interior lead dust program.
- Provide agency staff with feedback using data to determine the effectiveness (proportion of target population to view, hear, read the media campaign) and efficiency (effective media campaign units and total cost of advertising) of the advertising campaign.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than April 5, 2023.
