(1) Vendor needs to provide external and internal penetration test solution.– Perform comprehensive penetration testing of our external and internal IT network, applications, and systems.– Comprehensive assessment of our external and internal IT network and systems, including but not limited to firewalls, routers, switches, servers, and workstations.• Opaque external test where only the IP addresses will be provided to the testers.• Internal test covering the following assets:O Servers, workstations, network devices• A detailed report of the findings and vulnerabilities discovered during the penetration testing in an encrypted format.• A prioritized list of recommendations for mitigating the identified vulnerabilities with severity levels.• A debrief session with the agency team to discuss the findings and recommendations.• A detailed report of all test data collected during the project.• At least 10 years of experience in penetration testing.• Excellent communication and reporting skills(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 6, 2024.
