(1) Vendor needs to provide professional services to the government authority located in Nebraska.– Alternative Delivery Consultant who will act as an owner’s strategic advisor in Alternative Delivery. The Consultant will be expected to provide expertise and support services in the areas of program implementation, transportation engineering, and project management for alternative delivery projects.– Development of training processes.– Assembling and facilitation of industry events and workshops.– Providing strategic advice for the evaluation of potential projects for alternative delivery the appropriate alternative delivery method for those specific projects.– Assisting and providing support for procurement processes, including the evaluation processes, establishing evaluation criteria, and procurement record management.– Preparation of contract documents and templates.– Development of the procurement of Independent Cost Estimating services.– Support of Alternative Technical Concepts.– Legal support and advisement.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 29,2024(3) The contract period will be for four years.
