(1) Vendor needs to provide professional rehabilitative services to the government authority located in Nebraska.– Provided in accordance with federal, state, and local laws, applicable rules and regulations for third parties reimbursement and the rules and regulations of agency and primary health.– Agency long term care and short–term rehabilitation patients.– Primary health care clinic patients and outpatients.– Community mental health center inpatients and outpatients.– Agency youth detention center residents.– Other inpatients and outpatients receiving services at agency.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2024.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
