(1) Vendor needs to provide video traffic data equipment and data processing services to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE.– Video traffic data camera unit – includes wide–angle lens camera and all necessary software, cables, adapters, straps, battery pack, battery charger, memory card, carrying case, and extendable camera pole mount.– Extendable camera pole mount must be able to extend to a minimum height of 20’ to minimize occlusion and gain a bird’s–eye–view of the intersection for maximum visibility of vehicle movements. – The software included as part of the unit shall properly operate the equipment and transfer the video from the device to a secure web location using an internet connected computer.– All necessary materials for satisfactory performance of the video traffic data equipment shall be incorporated, including regularly advertised equipment or accessories as part of the equipment bid, whether or not they may be specifically mentioned.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 28, 2024(3) The contract period will be for two years.
