(1) Vendor needs to provide special education complaint investigation services to the government authority located in Nebraska. – The investigations shall include an initial review of each complaint, interview with the complainant, school officials, and other relevant parties, a review of relevant documents, and legal analysis– After conducting each investigation, the Contractor shall write a report with findings of fact and conclusions– In addition, the Contractor shall participate in continuing educational opportunities related to special education law.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 16, 2024.(3) The contract period will be one year.
