(1) Vendor needs to provide insurance brokerage services to the government authority located in Omaha, NE.– Assist in identifying the District’s risk exposures and in developing insurance programs to mitigate these risks.– Prepare annual marketing strategy identifying anticipated market conditions and propose a marketing strategy for the major loss exposure areas prior to policy renewal.– Develop underwriting data and specifications for renewal negotiations and assist in completion of insurance applications.– Evaluate the commitment and financial stability of the insurance companies.– Evaluate quotations received from insurance carriers and provide analysis and recommendations on the quotations.– Provide all necessary claims support services advocating on behalf of the interests with respect to insurance claims.– Review policies for conformity with negotiated pricing, coverages, terms and conditions and follow up with insurers on discrepancies and to obtain policy correcting endorsements as needed.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Aug 19, 2024.
