(1) Vendor needs to provide national public relations agency services to develop and implement a comprehensive PR strategy aimed at securing national media coverage.A. Strategic Planning,– Develop a detailed PR strategy and timeline,– Identify key messages and story angles for each focus area identified above,B. Media Relations– Build and maintain relationships with national media outlets,– Secure media placements in top–tier national publications and platforms,– Coordinate and manage media interviews in partnership with primary contacts,C. Content Creation– Develop press releases, media pitches and other PR materials, when applicable,– Create compelling narratives and case studies highlighting County’s strengths.
