(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing campaign services.– Provide services to develop, manage, execute and monitor a marketing strategy intended to grow state skilled workforce, overall population base, and promotion of high–wage job opportunities.- Conducting/compiling research to determine community workforce needs.- Conducting research to determine the geographic/demographic populations most likely to move to state communities for employment.- Reaching out to target populations to generate leads of individuals who would consider moving to state for employment.- Providing strategic guidance/support to state communities as they promote themselves as attractive destinations to live, work, start a business, and raise a family, etc. (for example, by highlighting quality of life, cost of living, things to do, career and job opportunities, etc.).- Identifying and implementing success metrics/monitoring strategies to gauge campaign effectiveness and adapt/adjust as needed.- Creating and executing a plan for encouraging and empowering local stakeholders to participate in/promote the campaign.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 27, 2024.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
