(1) Vendor needs to provide flexible spending account and COBRA administrator services.
- Administrator Services for Draft plan documents, summary plan descriptions, plan booklets, benefit provisions, identification cards, changes in plan benefits, and any other material needed to properly
administer claims in accordance with the provisions of the plan, collective bargaining agreements, and state and federal law, administration of all of the COBRA eligible city benefits offered includes
communicating the required COBRA notices, participant enrollment and maintenance.
(2) All question must be submitted in written no later than May 29, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
