(1) Vendor needs to provide creative, marketing and public relations professional services for an integrated communications campaign to generate brand awareness and educate citizens.
- Develop an overarching concept or campaign theme that generates excitement, momentum, and engagement opportunities for the community.
- Drone video and aerial photography of dam site.
- Develop and execute a social media campaign that best engages and educates area citizens about the upcoming grand opening, how the reservoir works and how it benefits them.
- Develop 2-3 30-second videos that highlight different benefits of reservoirs.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 15, 2018.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
