[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide queuing and wait line software for that will include a highly visible “kiosk” type entry point where the customer can choose the type of transaction needed and any special accommodations needed, the ability to input a cell phone number, which the
system will use to call the customer and update wait times, confirm appointment times, etc.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 18, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
