[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Mobile and Web Payment Processing Services to comprehensive payment processing mobile device application, to furnish, install, interface, develop, train and maintain a solution, to the acquisition, installation, data transfer, training, and on‐going solution maintenance, mobile payment channel and the credit/debit/eCheck payment sources
- development, installation and operation of a credit and debit card processing service initiated using a mobile device
- VISA (credit/debit), MasterCard (credit/debit), American Express and Discover credit card merchant processing contract and transaction processing systems and services
- Design and user experience,
- Mobile (app) device,
- Single sign-on for users,
- User initiated registration/validation to establish,
- Payment methods,
- Link their Douglas County accounts to their user account,
- Interfaces into Douglas County back-end systems to retrieve account data,
- Administrative website for reporting, research, and other activities,
- Functionality built to maintain PCI DSS compliance to the government authority located Omaha, NE.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 12, 2018.
(3) A contract period will be for three years.
