[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary nursing staffing services for the position of registered nurse, licensed practical nurse, nursing assistant and psychiatric technician including developing and implementing ongoing individualized patient treatment plans, maintain accurate patient records of observation, assessments and treatment and admit patients, obtaining medical and psychiatric history to the government authority located in Omaha, NE.
(2) Contract period will be three years.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
