[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary nursing staff services for registered nurse, licensed practical nurse, nursing assistant and psychiatric technician to the government authority located in Omaha, NE.
- Prioritize data collection based on patient’s immediate condition or needs.
- Observe and assess assigned patients on a daily basis to identify, interpret and document physical and emotional status and patterns.
- Record accurately resident care and observations on their clinical records.
- Maintain current competency in psychiatric health nursing care and specific nursing procedures.
(2) A contract term will be for three years.
